We were engaged to complete the full decommissioning and make-good works for the NZ Post facility following the end of lease, ensuring the premises were returned to the landlord in compliance with handover requirements.

The scope of works included:

• Isolation of all building services including electrical, fire, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.

• Large-scale demolition of existing ceilings, walls, and secondary steel structures.

• Removal of major plant equipment, including air handling units and chillers.

• A range of miscellaneous works, such as cladding repairs and general site reinstatement.

Although not the most glamorous of projects, we remained fully committed to delivering the works to a high standard and to the satisfaction of all parties, ensuring the building was handed back on time and in the required condition.
