We were engaged to deliver the full concrete package for MetLife Retirement Village – Building B. The development consists of two parallel buildings, each rising four levels and constructed with a combination of structural steel, in-situ concrete, and precast concrete elements.

Our scope commenced with the foundations, which have now been successfully completed. We are currently progressing through the superstructure works, with sequential construction of the floor slabs and associated concrete elements underway.

The concrete package involves close coordination with steel and precast installations to ensure structural integrity and programme alignment, with a focus on delivering quality workmanship across all stages of construction.
